We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations or requirements, and we want to ensure you have a positive experience with us. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning or exchanging products purchased from our store.

We encourage you to carefully review this policy before making a purchase. If you have any questions about our return procedures, please contact us before completing your transaction.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following conditions:

Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted unless there are exceptional circumstances or the product is defective.

Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective materials intact. We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.

You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or order confirmation. Without proof of purchase, we may not be able to process your return.

Products must not be custom-made, personalized, or specially ordered items unless they are defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or practical reasons. These include:

Opened or used art supplies, including paints, inks, adhesives, and other consumable materials that have been unsealed or partially used.

Custom-made or personalized products that were created specifically for you according to your specifications.

Clearance or sale items marked as final sale, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Gift cards, vouchers, or workshop tickets, which are non-refundable once purchased.

Products that have been damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow care instructions.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, we will gladly accept a return or provide a replacement at no additional cost to you. We take quality control seriously and apologize for any inconvenience caused by defective or damaged products.

To report a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide a detailed description of the issue and, if possible, include photographs showing the defect or damage. This will help us process your claim more quickly and efficiently.

Once we have reviewed your claim and confirmed the defect or damage, we will provide instructions for returning the product. In most cases, we will arrange for the product to be collected at no cost to you, or we will provide a prepaid return label.

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will offer you a choice of a full refund, a replacement product, or store credit, depending on your preference and product availability.

How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

Contact us by phone, email, or through our website contact form to request a return authorization. Provide your order details, including the order number, product name, and reason for return. Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization number and instructions.

Carefully package the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Ensure the product is securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit. Include a copy of your receipt or invoice and the return authorization number inside the package.

Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or we made an error in fulfilling your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for products lost or damaged during return transit.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. This process typically takes 3 to 5 business days. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card company first, and then contact us if the issue persists.

Refunds will include the purchase price of the returned product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product, damage, or an error on our part. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

If you received a promotional discount or used a voucher code for your purchase, the refund amount will reflect the actual amount paid after the discount was applied.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please contact us to discuss your options. We will do our best to accommodate exchange requests, subject to product availability and eligibility.

To exchange a product, you must first return the original item following the return procedure outlined above. Once we receive and approve your return, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement product to you.

If the replacement product has a different price than the original item, we will either refund the difference or request additional payment, depending on the price variation.

Exchange shipping costs will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If the exchange is due to a defective product or our error, we will cover the shipping costs. Otherwise, you may be responsible for return and/or shipping fees.

In-Store Returns

If you purchased a product from our physical store location in London, you may return it in person during our business hours. Please bring the product in its original condition and packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Our staff will inspect the product and process your return immediately if it meets our eligibility criteria. Refunds for in-store returns will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

In-store returns are subject to the same terms and conditions as returns by mail, including the 30-day return period and product condition requirements.

Workshop Cancellations and Refunds

If you have registered for one of our creative workshops and need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. Workshop cancellation and refund policies are as follows:

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled workshop date are eligible for a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future workshop.

Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the workshop date are eligible for a 50% refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future workshop.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop date are not eligible for a refund, but you may transfer your registration to another participant or to a future workshop, subject to availability.

If we need to cancel a workshop due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to register for an alternative workshop.

Faulty Products and Consumer Rights

Under UK consumer protection laws, you have certain rights when purchasing products. If a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

If you report a fault within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. If you report a fault after 30 days but within six months of purchase, we will repair or replace the product. If a repair or replacement is not possible or practical, you may be entitled to a partial or full refund.

These statutory rights are in addition to, and do not affect, any other rights you may have under this Return Policy or applicable consumer protection laws.
